TERMS & CONDITIONS – Poly Mama Creations

By placing an order with Poly Mama Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required before any production begins.

  • For bulk or large orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Orders will not be started until payment has been received.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All products are custom made. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before confirming:

  • Sizes

  • Colors

  • Spelling

  • Design placement

Once approved, Poly Mama Creations is not responsible for any errors.

3. Strict No Refunds / Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • No refunds

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Late cancellations

4. Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes must be made before payment or immediately after payment is made.

  • Once production has started, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround times will be provided but are estimates only.

  • Delays may occur during busy periods.

  • Rush orders may be accepted at an additional fee.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are separate from product pricing.

  • Poly Mama Creations is not responsible for courier delays, lost, or damaged parcels once shipped.

  • Tracking will be provided where applicable.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We only replace items if:

  • The item is faulty, or

  • The wrong item was sent

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence.
No claims will be accepted after this timeframe.

8. Design Ownership
All designs created by Poly Mama Creations remain the property of the business unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold.

9. Customer Responsibility
By ordering, you agree that:

  • You have checked all details carefully

  • You understand items are custom made

  • You accept our no refund policy

10. Agreement
By placing an order and making payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
