NO RETURNS / REFUND POLICY – Poly Mama Creations

At Poly Mama Creations, all items are made to order and custom printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or general dissatisfaction once production has begun.

Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order, including sizing, design, spelling, and colors.

Important:

  • Production will only begin once full payment has been received.

  • Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Exceptions:
We will only offer a replacement if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, or

  • You received the wrong item

In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos as proof.

We take pride in our work and will always aim to resolve any genuine issues fairly.
